Jane S. Kornblut, M. Ed.
Jane S. Kornblut, M. Ed., is a principal with The Creative Leadership Advantage. For over twenty-five years she has engaged in counseling, mentoring and career development in a variety of private, nonprofit and government organizations. Her expertise lies in assisting clients create clear, values-based visions and helping them translate those visions into action plans that work!
Kornblut’s professional career includes service as a nonprofit executive director, a nonprofit professional in residence at a university, a leadership and management trainer and frequent presenter at national conferences on nonprofit board development and organizational assessment. Currently, she serves as a Delta Leadership certified executive coach in the Executive Leadership program at Duke University as well as for the Global Executive MBA program in the Duke Fuqua School of Business.
Ms. Kornblut holds a BA degree in music from American University and an M. Ed in educational counseling from George Mason University. She has received several awards for her work in the nonprofit sector, including the Human Services Coalition of Northern Virginia award for advocacy and leadership in recognition of her dedication to strengthening nonprofits organizations in the Washington, DC region.

Russell A. Cargo, Ph.D.
Russ Cargo is a principal with The Creative Leadership Advantage. He has provided career and leadership assistance to nonprofit, government, and business executives for over twenty years. Russ specializes in listening, imagining opportunities, and making connections.

Dr. Cargo has graduate degrees in business administration and public administration and has a forty-year career in business, public, and nonprofit sector organizations. Since 1994 he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses on leadership, governance, and nonprofit management. His rich experience, academic background, and his receptive personal style make him a ideal resource to help strengthen your career and your workplace performance.
